Rear drivers side wheel

Whenever i have some1 in the back of my saxo the outside of the alloy wheel rubs on the arch if i go over any bumps or anything!Why is this?I tried to take off the torsion bar to take a look but cant get the torx bolt to come off so i am a bit lost with what to do!!!!

If it is like mine, under the black plastic on the arch, there is a little metal strip, trim it off and it will stop it. By the way, my car is mk1 1.1

im not sure but dependin on ur model it maybe the rear bushes worn......my rear wheel wonks a lot n i know its rear bushes so next on list for me to do
