I have just fitted a vts airbag interior into my mk2 vts.The orignal vts seats which were in the car as standard did not have the airbags in,and the new ones i have just fitted have them,so i need to know how i can wire them up so the airbags will work.

Has anyone done his before and know how i can do it?

Thanks In advance!!

Olly.

they should still work mate off your standard airbag loom as far i remember. however i did try to fit a vts loom to my furio and there was a couple of plugs left over.

if there are plugs for the side airbags then the only way to do it is to use a vts airbag loom as the airbag system works on a resistance voltage and for you to get them wired up and get them to work properly it would mean using resistors to make sure the voltage was right and that would be a mamoth task

if there are some extra plugs then yes you will need a vts airbag loom. if there are not then there is no reason why you should need them unless your Airbag light is on
