Dont you think the black or white VTR wheels on saxos has been slightly over done or is it me?
Im very picky about the appearance of my car because this is what i sold prior to buying my saxo, sold it for genuine reasons, needed money i didnt have spending on it lol

is that a golf limited or a just gti with blue badges? not sure about the wheels, black vtr wheels are done a lot less than anthracite vts ones though
here was my golf - was so cheap to run/look after/fix

Its neither mate, all me that haha it was a 1.6 driver im only 19 lol no one would touch me on anythin bigger than my old golf for insurance, 19 2 years no claims and they still want 1400 for this vtr.
That was the interior

it was a great car but would of had to throw a hell of alot of money at it. what engine was yours? looks sweet as that mate, black estorils?

liking the leather. mines was stripped out but sold most the parts before selling it. mines was a 1.8 gti - was a proper laugh like.
yeah they're estorils i got for £20 and refurbed black myself, bit of a bargain :y: lol. your golf with different wheels would be sorted like. once you get your saxo lowered it'll be nice like, i'd try and get that done first if i was you :y:

can't edit posts yet - grr..
that's mental for insurance mate, my vtr is 800 for me and i'm 20 with no NCB, my golf was only 500 but that was TPFT

I painted the fogs that colour myself, really think they suit the car.
Ye getting it lowered is my main focus point atm.
I cant believe you could insure an 8v gti for 500!!! best quote i got was 3200 or something and i got quoted 2800 for a fiesta RST. lol madness
How does the gti faie to the vtr? quicker or slower?
My mk2 handled awesome, was only lowered 40mm with a rear strut brace but it stuck like a bitch.............this saxo on the other hand is rather dodgey lol

i'd check out your bushes cos if it's an R reg and they've not been changed then chances are new ones will tighten the handling up. my golf felt quicker than my saxo tbh, but then again it had no interior cos i drove it max 5 miles a day, whereas i do a lot more driving in my saxo now (hence why i changed cars)
try elephant for quotes, they always come out cheapest for me

Mr houston- paid £1000 for the car with plenty of tax and mot, has a rather large dent on the back quarter.

Shame it's standard now, mark 1's with carbon bonnets look great though. Personal opinion and all..
