Just out of interest, how many driving lessons did everybody have on here before they passed.

I had about 30, but only because I started learning then stopped for a year so basically had to start again.

You can do the 2 week intense course things if you wanna pass asap.

i took bout 40 lessons started in june and passed in January but like hannah said the intense courses are your best bet for time wise

had 18 lessons :) and also found driving with mother helpd a lot :) lol just for time on the road

I started learning when I was 17, stopped for a year but drove my car to work 2 days a week with my Dad in the car. Then started again at 18. So I didn't drive that often without lessons.

im one of them! couldnt afford to gt insured on my dads car, was only like £400 but i couldnt afford it, so the only driving i did was in my lessons and like 30mins with my dad off road each month lol, hes always busy!

passed in 10 lessons as my above post.

i took about 30ish
theory passed 1st time my practical second in my instructors car


my 1st test got cancelled due to band weather then my second test my instructor was involved in a hot and run a day before my test so i had 2 hours in a new corsa which was his sons and i messed that up on an unmarked cross roads

i did couldnt afford the insurance so had to wait to get on the road but i had a year on the road on a moped, i passeed 2nd 2005 :>

Had to wait 3 1/2 months until i got my Zetec tho which was uber ghey :sad:

Learnt from the age of 15 in something called the Under 17 Car Club.

Took my theory on my birthday and then took the first available test after that, which was 16 days after my 17th.
