Right i started lowering my saxo today, but came across a massive problem, which was not stated in the premium guide.

BEWARE before you start any thing on the car, drain YOUR gearbox transmission oil, otherwise oil will come out where driveshaft is, and you will have to buy 2 new seals + gearbox oil which will cost 30£ in total

Ill post pics up 2moro as *hitroen gave me the wrong seal.

Thanks

Right when i was lowering, i took off what i had 2, and the drive shaft didnt stay in, so oil started leaking.
Well it should be done today :)

that because driveshafts are just held in at the gearbox, but I didn't think you had to take the shafts off to lower your car?

oil leaking from the gear box is normally caused if you pull the drive shaft out to far or have it at a funny angle , i have lowered quite a few and never had this problem
