yeah just keep yourself busy and try not to think about things too much as thinking makes things worse! (if that makes sense??)

with having such a big family i have had to deal with numerous deaths

i find that its just something that will take time to get over it and relise that they wouldnt want u crying over them for days

there isnt a way to deal with it, it just takes time

its different with people cuz some people will take ages to get over it some will take hours its just 1 of those things

sorry bout ur loss

remember there numerous users on here that will try and help

Dear Hannah sorry about your grandma. Be kind to yourself - tears is healing and sometimes it comes in waves so like the others said it takes time.

Hi Han.
Sorry to hear bout ya loss.
I lost my gran little over a year ago now. Still think about her alot and miss her.
As for coping.. talk to people about it, and show whatever emotions that you are feeling. its the best way to cope. And always keep those fond memories.

I lost my grandad last year, my other grandad and my granma the year before, lost a friend of mine at the beginning of this month too...... tis never easy.... people deal with it in different ways.... I only cried at my Mum's dad's funeral, but at none of the others, can't explain why cause not even i know!
