Goes a bit wrong.

I work as an estate agent in Guildford. Yesterday i headed out to a viewing (as normal). Sun was shining, all was good. Anywho turned up at the house, jumped out and went inside. Photographed the place as we needed new photo's. Left the house and sat in the car waiting for the viewer to turn up. He turned up about 5 minutes later so we head inside.

Casually looking around the house, obviously pointed out the fact the house benefited from windows and doors. Then headed into the kitchen. Tis then when i noticed the sound of talking coming from in the garage. I'm thinking 'wtf' as the house is empty and has been for a few weeks. So head outside and into the garage where i find 3 teenagers sitting smoking and chatting!!!!!

Obviously when they saw me (being the strapping young lad i am) they shit themselves. Quickly asked if they should leave. I told them to fook off and they walked out the front. I couldn't believe it!!! Lucky really i found some puffs as one could of easily jumped me or even had a knife! Hope i don't find people in there again as obviously it's a bit of a nightmare trying to sell the house after that :homme:

Bloody half term, kids are a nightmare. :n: :n: :n:

Its a joke mate, radio 1 in the mornings.

how did they get into the garage?

They jumped over ther back fence, then went through the door. The door hasn't been locked as the guys that bought it haven't given us the key.

Surrey house prices blow me away. i always look in the property news when i come back there to stay for a while.

the price my auntie just paid for a 2 bedroom flat in Woking could get a you a nice 4 bedroom house back here in Wales!

Yea i do like coming back to Surrey every now and then.

I can't even afford anything in Wales let alone back there.

lol. My dad hates it. Where he used to live in Wales he could buy a road for the price of a normal house! He desperately wants to get back there but the old dear says noooo.
