its not actually that hard to do. the worst bit is getting the actual wiper off the spindle as if you use to much force u can shatter the rear windscreen.
take off the black trim on the inside and theres a few screws that hold the motor on.you will need to take the wiper arm off before you remove the motor! not sure what size grommit to be honest but halfords do packs with all diferent sizes for about £1.20.

haynes manual, fantastic things smileys/smiley2.gif
maybe worth while investing in a twin or triple leg puller

cos you will need for other things aswel and not just how to remove the rear wiper!! u can loan them out from the library if u dont want to spend £20!
i must add it'll be a very well spent £20 if you do get one! smileys/smiley4.gif

lol
as far as i can remember its a case of lift up the cover at the base of the wiper arm, undo the nut (13mm i think) and pull the wiper arm off. Now as said this can be a right bitch and just about any sideways movement will result in a whole pile of glass on your parcel shelf. Thats where the pullers come in as they should let you pull straight back wards without wiggling or anything. Then just a case of removing the wiper motor and pluging the hole

apparantly Peugeots do a rubber grommet which is perfect for plugging the hole. It comes in 2 pieces that screw together. Go in and ask and they will know what you are talking about.
