gt 4 help

on gran turismo 3 you could buy a car, tune it and if you didnt like it simply reload your save from your memory card, however on gt 4 it appears that i cant try before i buy as it will save any car automatically even with auto save off, i have also taken the memory card out and tried it but then u wont be able to select the car. is there anyway where i can buy a car without it saving or is that just how gt4 is.

just bought it a couple of days ago, so far i have done all the licences apart from the special where i just got one more thing to complete. i have done the first set of driving missions and the special conditions races as well as a jap and usa tornament. the only cars i have actually bought is a fully modded evo 3 in silver with NOS and black wing, wot about u matey

looks like they are cutting down on the cheat codes and stuff?

but if the autosave option is off surely it should let you through? search google to see if any bugs are about in the game

The only way I can think is to do a quick race where all the cars availble it might be stock but atleast you won't waste any money on if it doesn't perform the way you want it to. Hope this is of help for you
