Cleaning ABS Sensors

Well my ABS broke a few weeks back, taking the struts off atm and noticed loads of rust off the driveshaft abs cog. Any special shit to remove and clean the sensor or just wipe it with a rag? :y:

just a rag m8 and some brake cleaner. And to cling the abs ring use small wire brush and wd40
