Learn to drive a counterbalance, look on google for rtitb or ittsar. They provide training

peice of fish mate. all it is is driving the truck about, getting used to it. loading,unloading etc and a bit of theory.
nothing to worry about. ;)

iirc it should only really take 3 days, and half a day to do a reach truck conversion.
