could be the wheels is on wrong you took it off for any reason??

it also could mean your tracking is out so id get that done first and aso wheel balancing

id 99% say its the tracking if it is pulling to one side when you drive it with the steering wheel central.

My wheel sits to the left aswell and I thought it would be the tracking. Got the tracking done using lasers and it was sitting perfect, so we knocked the tracking off then realligned it to see if that made a difference but it was still the same. I'm guessing my steering wheel is just off centre!

mine does the same. tracking is almost spot on. but i'm still concerned as i get that piss annoying and nerve racking crunch when i steer sometimes. its going to be looked at by a mechanic tomorrow.

do you know if the steering wheel has been removed ?

yea i think it might just be the steering wheel as the car will run in a straight line if i do not touch the wheel but the wheel is still off too the left...?anyone else had this trouble?

If it`s just the tracking then their is no need to take steering off.All the garage is doing is adjusting the toe in/out by adjusting the track rods.

Maybe try opening the bonnet & push down on the car either side there should be some movement but not excessive.

if i open the bonnet at just look at those rubber mounts, the drivers side sits lower than the passenger side. i.e theres a bigger gap between the cup and the mount on the passenger side

i had an aftermarket 1 on mine and when the standard went back on it was pissed to one side, might be a case of realligning the steering wheel bud

My dad has this problem with his car - his steering wheel is wonky when the wheels are straight and it is just that the steering wheel was put on the rack a bit wonky. Its annoying but doesn't cause any problems, the car still travels in a straight line when he lets go of the steering wheel and all that.
