having problems fitting my quick shift cant seem to free the ball joint from the linkeges arm any ideas ??

try using a screwdriver with a thick blade and one with a long handle with good leveridge

what way you think easyer through the engine bay or underneath the car ??

if its a griffiths one then yes you will need to jack the car up. use a 19mm spammer to prise the linkages apart.
what quickshift is it?

i belive its a griffiths one i got it off ebay i just had ago at it through the engine bay bt what a fu*king night mare i dont want to force the ball joint to much

its a 20 mins job mate. the first one i did it took me 30 mins as i was trying to fit it to the wrong linkage, lol
its the linkage thats nearest driver side of the car

20 mins more like 5 if you know what your doing :p
to get the linkage off i just used some wd40 and muscle, got half way down the car and just grinned and bared the pain and it came off lol

if in doubt hammer it out :) worked with my seized up rear wiper today luckly didnt smash the window :y:

i did mine from the top of the car. took 15mins :)
