how to get suck torsion bar free

i have tryed the bout though the socket trick didnt buge

also tryed the slied hamer trick still didnt buge
used 2 tinz of wd40 on it still nothing

help please

takes ages to come out tbh mate, do a search as this is covered every week im sure.

It will come eventually mate, it took a respectable garage a whole day for mine to come out so be patient

large bar and an even bigger hammer, lots of anti-rust treatment (not wd40), heat each side with a welding torch, or drop the axle to get better access (4 bolts and brakelines)
