Couriers picking up items.. know a good one?

I'm buying a new bonnet from ebay but it's pick up only, the guy said its ok to arrange a courier to pick it up.. does anyone know any good ones that will do everything, pick it up pack it and bring it home.

It's in Norfolk and I'm in the Northeast
