anyone know how to reset your ecu, my ecu light is on after i had a front impact, i need to reset it

if you leave it for more than 20 mins doesnt it reset?

leave it unplugged that is

Any idea why it's actually on in the first place? Depending on the error, some will clear themselves, others will stay on until they are properly removed. You can try disconnecting the battery for a period of time, but it's unlikely to fix the problem.

had a smash thats why its on, air bags didnt go off tho n the air bag light ent on

with you having a impact at the front just double check all connection to every plug and then disconnect the battery for 30mins

The physical impact of a crash has no relevance to the ECU and its error reporting whatsoever. Best find out why it's come on in the first place.

Never implied that tbh i was just saying maybe a plug could of been lose and now its came off :wall:
