i am having problems with really bad vibrations through the drivers side front wheel i have change the hole front strut but it is still happening . When i turn to the right it is fine but when i turn to the left it vibrates the hole car.If any one could give me any advise on the subject it would be much apreshated

hmm.. could be rubbing somewhere bigtime on the inside of the arch.
Check your brake pads as may be loose.
Wheel bearing.
Loose wheelnuts.
warped bent disc/hub.
Just a few things I can think of.

if its your break pads just blead them but id say that sounds like your cv joint has gone your cv boot rubber could of split that would loose all its grease there for killing the bearing which makes a rummbling noice and cause vibration when you steer
