Noooo, God is purely someone or something to look up to in times of need. I believe that God has gave us all free will to do what we want, man has created evil through his own will and not one single person is perfect. You can go "blah blah blah but look at natural disasters etc." They can't be helped, God can't help it if you just happen to be there.

I was raised a catholic and still have kept some of the faith, I believe that Jesus and God were the same person. And the miracles were hard to come by. On the afterlife etc. I am a bit confused about because I feel that deja vu happens for a reason (the feeling of seeing something twice, or being in the same place twice) I reckon we may come round again until we go to heaven.... which I think will just be like Earth, but I also think that whatever you think heaven will be... will be your heaven... there are parts of the catholic faith in my knowledge elsewhere but I'm not that strong a believer.. as a kid I was scared of God after having a huge go at him when my dad was put in hospital... the next 3 days I broke my wrist and nearly paralised it... scared the sh*t out of me. :p

I've found that no-ones beliefs are the same, even if someone claims they belive strictly in one religion, and someone who believe the exact same religion states they follow it just as thoroughly they will still find differences.

In today's society peoples beliefs get knocked down by what other people say and do. I grab what I believe from what I see as most feasible.

I would never tell anyone their religion is wrong it's just like stating,
"your car just looks wrong like that"...
