I keep getting texts late for some reason, like 30 mins 2 an hour. Happens constantly.Any reasons why?

I kept getting some at like 3 in the morning saying 'Your request for top up has been successful' Didn't pay any attention til I realised they were charging me £1.20 a time!! No idea who it even was! lol

O2. David. I had too sent from someone at 7ish last night, didnt recieve them till 06.30 this morning, and some other havnt even recieved yet.
