Me and 2 of my friends are doing a 56 mile bike ride in aid of The British Heart Foundation in just under 2 weeks time. Would be cool if any of you could sponsor us. Its only a minimum of £2 and it is for a good cause.

i did this the year before last and thinking of doing it again this year. though its more fun as a group so maybe we could set up a sax-p team and wear the t-shirts and get the british heart foundation printed on it as thats waht its for.

count me in then guys. i think if you plan it as a group you can get sponsered as a group but yeh u have to get a minimum sponsorship to enter if ur gonna do it properly

It's all for a very good cause.... British Heart Foundation are a great charity for which I have done lots and lots of fund raising.... reason being is, My Brother was born with half a heart, he has had 9-10 lots of open heart surgery now.

My Mum use to be the chairwoman of the Medway Branch of BHF.

I would do it, but I'm having physio on my knee at the moment, so there is no way I'd be able to do that!!

i managed to do 22.75 last night in an hour and 15 which i was happy with...did a total of 37.5 in total took about 3 and a half hours though lol

The first guy came through the finish (after a 6am start) at 8.30am. we think this may be a course record!
