help, viper alarm

i have a viper 5000 alarm, it comes with 2 remotes, a 2 way tranciver one which is the pager, and a normal one. and the normal one doesnt work, do i have to program it or something?? please help

you should not have to programe the viper remotes, have you checked the battery? When did you get it fitted as it may still be coverted

lol, i fitted it myself. it never seemed to work and tried a few batteries
