Ok my car is going into the garage tomorrow to have the exhaust raised higher at the back (as its still banging) but if it isnt the exhaust that is banging ive been told it maybe my rear dampers. Im looking at going 40mm or 50mm on the car on 16"s at the moment but will be getting 15"s.

Would this be fine - http://www.spax-suspension.co.uk/p1322447.htm

Or can someone recommend me a good 40mm or 50mm suspension kit?

i'm about 40mm at the back, and i have some adjustable gaz rear dampers. They have to be proper soft to cope with the standard fronts. Am going to get spax front shocks and springs in the next
few weeks. Know a few people who have used them and they like them ,never had any problems with them.

Thanks.

So Spax Full Suspension Kit is a good thing to go for?

Does 40mm lowered sit nicely on 15"s, if not then i might look at 50mm.

Well mine is a flat arch 1.1, it's about 40mm (1 notch) on the rear and the wheels sit just inside the arch, i am going to lower it 50mm on the front to get it closer to the rear on spax shocks and springs, it doesn't bother me using them. They all have to past same tests in the end to be used on the market.
