trackrod end - you need to put weight on the top of the trackrod end to stop the whole thing from turnin i.e. get a pry bar or breaker bar and put over the top of the trackrodend and underthe car and pull down on it same as for your bottom ball joint undo the bod and put a pry bar over the to of the wishbone and the car and pull down it will break away.

make sure you remove the bolt which holds the bottom ball joint, ive seen loads of people try to remove them without taking the bolt out then bigbar fibnd a leverage point and stand on it is what i normally do

This is a pain, we bought a ball joint splitter, it worked on the track rod end, but in the bottom ball joint (wishbone one) is doesnt fit because the end of the driveshaft is in the way, and the splitter as too thick.
Gonna try again today as i think Ad has grinded to splitter a bit to make it fit.
