It's killing me...

So, I got my first Saxo on Sunday morning! (Will post pictures tomorrow)

And ever since it's been sitting on my drive. My insurance company was closed on Sunday, so I couldn't cancel my previous policy and get a new one started on this one.
My insurance was then sorted out on Monday, at about 5pm. Although now the car is untaxed, so I still can't go out.

I went to tax the car online, and my insurance details haven't been updated on the Motor Insurance Database. So now I have to wait for either those details to be updated (God knows how long it will take)
Or wait for my Insurance details to come through the post so I can take i to the post office and get a disk over the counter.

Anyone had any experience with waiting for insurance to update on that database?:panic:
And what do you think the likelihood is of my insurance documents showing up tomorrow? :boxing:

The wait is unbearable :(

Seriously though, its awful having to wait when all you wanna do is go out and drive so tempting when its sat on the drive aswell doing the right thing by waiting.

As for MID, you will get your insurance details through the post before that updates.....

get them to fax it to post office, thats what i did. after driving round for a couple days without tax :(
