Am i missing something?

I put a thread up a couple of hours ago in the styling section regarding smoking the mk2 headlights.

As everyone seems to do i broke the little white clips that hold the lower brow into place under the headlight and wondered if there was a certain part number i need to ask for at Citroen or whether i just ask for the headlight clips on a mk2 saxo?

For some reason my thread has been deleted. The only other place i could have imagined it being moved to is the "problems & queries" part, but its nowhere to be seen.

It was perfectly worded and in no form of "txt type" etc, and i searched the forum first, looked at all the guides and even checked the FAQ thread... But no one actually mentions getting replacement clips..

I'd appreciate a reason by PM at the very least rather than a mod just wiping one of my threads... i know this has happened before to other people and its actually happened to me before. Why do certain people think they can remove a perfectly normal thread without any given reason? I honestly wouldn't mind if i'd spoken like a complete half wit in it or if there was another thread about it... but to be fair to myself, i'm not that type of person.

If there is another thread about it somewhere, i haven't been able to find it.

Help appreciated.

Think I remember a topic on this, goto Citroen and you can get them for like £2 iirc

To avoid problems again try to post in the correct section. It's not your fault but it's happening more and more lately. And you will get a more definite answer in the problems and queries section anywho as some people who are tech head's won't venture into the general chat as it's not their scene. :y:

I asked it in the right section, and it got deleted for no reason - hence this topic.

there not that much there something like 16p each matey just go to your local citreon garage and they will help you out no problems..

about your thread being deleted quite a few as been just latly with no reasons.....

A reason has to be given before deleting a thread (you guys cant see it) so there will of been one

Maybe its was posts after you left that got it deleted

I cant see why unfortunately (as its not one of my sections) but in future could you please contact a member of staff instead of creating threads on the forum. Thanks.
