Anyone Got A Nokia N810???

Hello, I just want to know if anyone has a nokia n810 and whether they have had the power on problem as i have the problem and my device will NOT turn on for anything

dude me mate owns the n770 and it has the latest n800 software on it think its the os2008 and he said that helped a lot because on his first software the thing would crash and not turn on or charge although its ok now try taking the battery out and leave it out for like 5 mins put it back in and stick it on charge see what happens

Yeahhh... my device aint having it, ive tired keeping it without a battery for a whole day. I dont know whether its the battery just sooo flat it wont charge or summit but... i dnt know anyone with a n810 so i cant get a battery off them. I think i will go to carphone warehouse and ask them if they have a fully charged battery in theirs so i can test it in mine.
