Any Idea how much the repayments would be on a mortgage of £115,000???
i know it depends on rates and that but i just want a rough monthly repayment cost.
rep will be given.
Cheers.

Between £600-£900 i think. Depends on how much is interest only and how much is repayment
depends how long you have taken it out for....

Probably would be taken out over 25 years i think.

Hard to say mate as it will depend on your personal circumstances as to what interest rate they give you.
And depends on what deposit etc....

Thats on an 180k mortgage, which might get me a decent 1 bed flat in the town centre or a 2 bed out of town. May have to buy with a mate.

Expect around £200-£400 for the survey. Only go for the standard mortgage survey. All the others are a waste of money. The standard one will flag up any major problems with the property.
Stamp duty is 1% at £120k, 3% at £250k and 4% at 500k iirc.
Solicitors can vary, best to just check local firms, majority will have online quoting systems.
