Vts Weird noise

Hi all
My engine is making a weird noise as if the cambelt is too tight or the water pump id going but I have had a new cambelt, tensioner, pulley and new water pump and it is still there. It is only there when the engine is ticking over. One of my mates said it could be the rubbers that hold the camshafts in place could be worn? Any one got any ideas?

Does it do it when cold or just when hot? Has it only done it since the belt etc. were changed?

it does it when it gets warm and then continues from then on! it did not do it when the cam belt had just been done but it does nw. the noise it like a belt rubbing or something else rubbing or not lined up properly.
