Saxo vtr rev problem

I have a 1999 saxo vtr and the problem is when i'm changing gears above 5000 rpm the revs raise slightly and if i sit in netrual and rev the car it revs fine all the way up then after about 5000 rpm it goes up fine but will stick and take longer for the revs to drop down again once i take my foot off the accelerator.

I have replaced both the blue and green sensors in the engine bay and this doesn't seem to have helped the matter

any ideas ?

I had a problem like this in my old saxo and i changed the fuses like you but it still continued, and finally i found out after 3visits to shitroen and a go on the diagnostics that it was the throttle precision sensor, hope that it helps you mate
