Squeek and Burning rubber?

I have a 2001 saxo 1.1 forte and i recently put vtr alloys on it.

It started to squeek either from under the car somewere or one of the back wheels and also the front passenger side wheel keeps smelling of burnt rubber.

It had a small leak in the back drivers wheel and i have fixed that but its still squeeking.

Someone said it may be break dust but not sure were burning rubber is from?

The wheels/tyres arnt rubbing on anything, have checked them lots of times.

Also, the rev counter and speedo keep breaking when the car has been jacked up or stalled. The only way to repair it is to take the fuse out and put it back in :S

It aint rubbing on the petrol pipes is it?

Im sure it aint though, but i can remember a saxo we had up my old work the wheels were rubbing petrol pipes on that, but they were 17's though and on a vtr

is the burning smell coming through the heaters or no?

the smell isnt coming from the heaters its just the front passenger side wheel, i think it may be the caliper or something as its not really rubbing anywhere...
