right this problem has got me puzzled now.
i have had problems with the brakes on my saxo 1.1 since i bought it, i bought it cheap because it needed some work, no problem i dont mind doing some work. but i have really had it with my brakes now. the pedal constantly feels spongs and i have no brakes till the pedal is nearly halfway down. i have changed the front disks and pads, the rear soes and wheels cylinders, the master cylinder and the brake fluid and im out of ideas now, the whole system has been pressure bled up too 10 times or more and i cant get a positive pedal.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME?? PLEASE!!!

Not much help for you but saxo brakes are shit.

You have to give them a good push to get them to work.

Maybe there is a problem with yours but i'm warning you not to expect sharp braking when they are fixed
