Right..... i've bought an adaptor from game, which allows me to plug my xbox 360 into a tft/crt monitor...... but the cable has the xbox connection but the other end has the vga and two phono cables for sound....
My problem is i have no way of getting sound out of my pc speakers :(.... the xbox connection does come with an optical out but doesn't really help me :(.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem?
Rep for all who can help :y:

couple of points to bear in mind, you need to make sure your monitor has a nice quick re-fresh rate, and needs to have a decent resolution too, but tbh wouldnt it be easier to use a TV?
EDIT: Oh and for the sound you need a speaker set with the "female" red and white audio connections.
You could plug it into your stereo and select AUX or just go and buy some new speakers with the right connections

Either way for the sound you need a speaker set with the right connections on the back.
