Hello, may seem like a really easy thing to do but i do not know how. I have tried removing the bit with the inner light (the whole plastic bit) by sticking a flat head in there but this just is bodging the fabric etc around it. Is there any easy way to do it. If i am doing the right thing how is that bit held on. Will i be able to get it back on or will i hve to buy clips and that? thanks alotin advance
chris

Get the grommit from halfords, 22mm you need.

There's a thread on here somewhere telling you how to de-wiper. Have a look round.

Most people do silicone up the aerial base, because otherwise it can leak when raining, so that makes sure that there is a water proof seal. :y:

just cut or peel it off so u can get down to the bolt, think it's a 10mm.
i had a leaky roof too and had to replace the whole aerial base didnt bother siliconing after it tho just poured some water over while the light was still out to make sure it was water-tight :o)
