got a tool for extracting locking wheel nuts? I've lost the key!

You can remove them by using a 10 mm Left Hand drill bit, centre punch the middle of the nut and then drill a small hole with a normal drill about 4mm the use the LH bit while the wheel is jacked of the floor! Make sure you use a slow step when you drill with the LH bit and apply lots of pressure usally you can get the drill to bit and it will loosen the bolt! Always make sure the other bolts are tight first! This will require replacing the locking nuts though! A garage could probably do it for you though! Saves time and effort and its difficult trust me! :n:

Cheers for the advice. I ended up getting them on yesterday by smacking wedging on a socket which was slightly too small with a hammer and then turning that. Unfortunaly had to bin the locking wheel nuts tho :(

You can pick up decent sets on ebay quite cheaply! Ino its a bugger but imagine getting a flat and not beeing able to undo them! :n:
