:clapping: driving along when i speed up quick to lets say 60 and hit the clutch it will go to about 1000rpm. About four times it has stalled while driving any idea on why this is happening...not too bothered but don't want it if it will slowly get worse

cheers

It's mean't drop down to around 1000rpm when you *disengage* the clutch. What exactly do you mean?

my old audi coupe did this and it was the air flow meter, try giving it a clean (if saxos have the same sort of thing that is)

No AFM on a saxo mate :)

They have map sensors.

Driving along it used to when like changing gear or cruising [clutch down] it'd be at the ten mark but now its litereally just above 0. Today i had it stall but just a min a go i put the clutch down it dropped below zero dash lit up then waddled back up over zero.

The car wants me dead:boxing:

Sounds like the IACv isn't kicking in.
