I'm having a little play with something...

Its quite a way off finished yet as i got to attach it to the outer edge to fix it to the door, smooth and paint.

but for a first attempt what do u think?

Only done one door at the minute so if i mess it up i dont have two messed up doors and more expence.

As long as it sounds nice i dont mind...Got Vibe SAk 50 in the front doors and they sound better than my originals. Not lookin for anything too crazy.....yet

Theres a bit of a mess yeah with cutting things up etc.
Its pink cos i've put quite a bit of hardener in there to make it set faster out in my freezin garage.

u shouldnt put 2 much hardener in as when you paint them it mite bleed nd ull c red thro ure paint just 2 warn u

theres gonna be a couple of layers of filler over the top, so hopefully that wont happen.
