brake bias valve

Hi just wondering do all saxo vtr's have a brake bias valve that needs adjusting after lowering . I think it puts more braking to the rear when more weight is put over the rear axle any help would be great

On my old vtr after lowering 40/60/80mm i'd buzz along a straight road and use the brakes hard, if the rear locks i'd adjust it till when i braked it was almost balanced and locked up all 4 wheels, trial and error technique.
