Its been a year since my car was hit by an uninsured driver while it was parked at the side of the road and i was away.
Now then...a couple of months ago my insurance company managed to track him down, through previous adresses and investigators etc.
My insurance company are letting him pay back the cost of the damage to the car, the costs for tracking him down, and all other related fees, in monthly installments!!!
Untill he's paid it all back (at a VERY rough guess £2.5k) i dont get my NCB back, or my premium lowered.
Does anyone know how i can either get my insurance to take him to court for costs (and related driving offences) or to get my company to speed up the return of my NCB and lower premium.
The cost of the insurance is holding back my modding spending. Cant do anything with te car now because the added insurance will cripple me.
