After selling my mk1 silver saxo vts i went and bought a mk2 toyota MR2 GT T-BAR in metallic mist grey with full leather interior and black 17`s and tinted windows alround and christ its fun to drive and it being rear wheel drive is a totally different driving experience and a load of fun but not so much fun in the pouring rain but nevermind summers on its way.
Heres a picture below-

Lovely little cars mate, plenty of fun so I hear. They do get nervous in the wet as you've found though, but come the dry months it should be hoot in the twisties. Good stuff :)

this is my 1st mr2 so i decided to go for a n/a for my first one as it wont be my last and ive never driven a rear wheel drive car (mr2 turbo gt turbo t-bar would be the next car i get). It is a rev 2 version n/a gt t-bar, its not a turbo model.

Its a rev 2 version 1993 GT 2.0i 16v T-BAR, not the gt turbo model.

I just sold my mk1 silver saxo vts, as i had test driven a mk2 mr2 and i didnt want the saxo after that as it was loads more fun and looks so much better. i paid nearly 1500 for it, with full toyota service history. it is the n/a and it is a GT 2.0i T-BAR. personally mate i`d say get one there loads of fun and twice as dangerous in the wet as the shake rattle and roll saxo`s but just take it easy. dry days they grip like s**t to a shiney shovel. ive got 17`s on mine the tyres on the back are 40/235 and 35/215 on the front which gives loads of grip. Go for it get one bud.
