I fitted these at the weekend and now need them adjusting, I have looked on the back of the units and can only see one "toothed" wheel which seems relly stiff, there are no other obvious knobs or wheels to turn. Can someone tell me if Im looking at the right part? There are arrows pointing left and right but I thought there would be a high and low adjustment also? :panic:

Is that at the top of the light unit? There is a toothed wheel which seems to be for left and right then there are 2 white plastic caps elsewhere then a long gold threaded piece that dissapears into the light unit?

It's in between the two bulb units and just to the right of the top fixing bracket in that picture.
