i'm a smoker, used to be dead against it, started smokin 'other stuff' which got me onto fags. Now i realise that unless you smoke yourself, you cant understand why people do smoke, not saying smokin is good, but when people are like "how can you smoke?!?" its like, u wouldn't understand, so let me smoke and f*ck off!

i'm on lamberts when i get fags, mostly smoke Golden V now tho, don't plan on givin up just yet either.

oz it was mostly peer pressure wit evry1 else at school smoking, I actually started on my last day of school after GCSE's were over, all my mates were celebrating on school field smoking and drinking and I followed trend. But also my mum use to be a smoker, so it was easy to pinch a fag back in old days, also evry1 in family is either a smoker or use to be - so it partly that to.

I don't plan giving up yet either, it's a great stress release after working at the pc for hours on end.

i wouldnt even go near someone if i know they smoked...

i know it's a big stereotype! but it's what i truely think of smokers!

i watched a video in drama at skool the over week... a women had to speak through a machine and she had to breathe through a whole in her neck called a stoma! if ya want a pic.... (www.stiftung-noah.de/ image.aspx?src=stomacare...) it was saying how many diseases its possible to get... the risk of cancer is very high...

i've made this stereotype because of what i've seen on film... people have died from passive smoking...

a hairhostess from america has to were a mask (about the same size firemen have) and she has to wear one every day because passive smoking has even her lung cancer... and every little piece of dirt in the air... eats more away from her lungs...

no offence of anythin... but i wouldnt even bother looking at anyone which smokes...

The people on the vids are people who are up smokin 40/50+ a day, they show the worst off cases so you get scared and treat smokers like vermin, i smoke less than 10 a day and again, unless u smoke u have no idea why people do, honestly, avin a pint and a fag is f*ckin enjoyable! when ur stressed, avin a fag is f*ckin enjoyable! not good for you by any means, but f*ckin enjoyable!

I dont like the after smell but the smell of it burning which is a little weird!!!!!

Ive been out with a smoker and it wasnt nice, dont like the taste!

ye... but i dont have to put up with them smoking infront of me when im sat at my comp here.... in real life i just cannot stand it... and the people on there like i sed didnt even smoke and they got disease which could of killed(and have killing) people! i just dnt like it...

I smoked for 6 years , then gave up for 8 months but then started again as stress got to me!

Was very ill before xmas i thought then was a good as time as other to give up so i did and when i was better i didnt even want a fag! Hard thing was that my boyfriend smoked, so i got him ill smileys/smiley4.gif and now me and him havent smoked for 4 months! I have tried before through the pressure of friends smoking and trying to look cool but hated the stuff, I actually blew out rather than in to make it look like I was still smoking it!

Don't like the smell either, can't stand it! The only smell I like is of the cigarretes in the pack! Don't know if its weird but I like the smell! Not all though some don't smell the same.

Its like the fact some people like the smell of petrol or something like that! Just don't mix the two smileys/smiley17.gif
