Knocking Noise Help!!!!

Hi I get a wierd sort of knocking or banging noise coming from the back of the car but it only happens when under acceleration mainly in 1st and 2nd sort of sounds like the exhast or something is banging on the rear bumper. The exhaust is pretty loose and does wobble around quite a bit but I cant see the exhaust can move around that much when accelerating any HELP would be great JEERS

If you kick the tail pipe and see if knocks from anywhere you can eliminate that problem. It could be an engine mount though.

it could be your spare wheel bracket moving around or could be your exhaust hitting the torsion bar like mine does sometimes.

i haven't looked at the engine mounts yet but when I kick the tail pipe it makes a sort of knocking noise but it also hits on the bumper without much force at all would the exhaust move that much though while driving

Check the rubber exhaust mounts 1 might be split.
