Help with door speakers

Hello
Just bought some new alpine door speakers for my sax, and was wondering if anyone could help me on how to fit them?
Ive taken the speaker pannel off and the old ones seem to be riveted in with metal rivets, how do i go on removing the rivets and securing the new ones in?

I drilled out the old rivets put the new speakers in and re-riveted them back in.

drill out the rivet then get a srew that fits or re rivet. also while your back there get some dynamat or similar

use a over sized drill bit and then use large size screws to fix back in

as were on the topic if door speakers,what size would you recommend to replace the old standard ones.

Me cuz has bought some 17cm pods and put them on then upgraded the speakers to 17cm an they sound awsome :)
