Help - Lowering in Greater Manchester Area?

im thinking about lowering my 1.1 in the next few week anyone know of any place in the greater Manchester area that do it?
spoke to a few garages and there wanting silly money to do the torsion bar

and another question can anyone give me a comparison between a drop of 30mm 40mm and 50m
