Music CD - Tv advert - cant remeber the cd name tho

Right i wanna get a cd for a mate i saw on a tv advert

the advert is kinda black and white with paint flyin across the screen

its kinda hiphop/garage kinda uk mc music ish lol

remember one bit saying "you what you what"

funny dancing in the street
any help would be cool! :)

its a compulation cd as well!

on tv a fair bit at the mo :)

its driving me crazy looked for it on hmv etc and cant find it as i dont know the name lol
