Try a specialist alloy wheel outlet. I recently(ish) got some to fit Momo 17" to a Focus. Cost around £70 with alloy wheel nuts for Momo and locking wheel nuts. Name escapes me at moment but I'll look next time I go past and let you know.
Could look on that well known auction site - but you only get a rough idea of what they are and there's no guarantee on the quality of them.

Yeah as above really, if you go to any modifying place, they should be able to supply spacers and longer wheel nuts, you will want about 20mm spacers.
