Reduced MPG, leading to extra running costs and a worse off enviroment, leading to you having to take up extra work just run your pride and joy, and in the meantime global warming violently increases, leading to you having to take up theft / armed robbery just to make ends meat and at the sametime, half of Great Britain is currently under water due to the polar icecaps melting and raising sea level by 100's of feet, leading to you being caught robbing Sainsburys and getting life in prison and the rest of us now all live on boats and can't drive cars anymore.
Probably might wanna give that one a miss...

In all honesty, you need to understand the fundamentals of how fuel systems work, and how the performance of a car can be affected when air to fuel ratios are altered.
You haven't said what car you were going to be using this valve on, but if it were for a Saxo VTS for example, it would be a pointless excercise, and in most cases, would probably cause the AFR to become too high, resulting in less power and greater emissions.
The standard setup (multi-point injection) is already under pressure and is more than capable of injecting more fuel into the mix if required. Adding this valve will most likely confuse the situation, causing too much fuel to be injected. You can't gain performance just by adding more fuel...

I agree with Toad here, there completely pointless on an otherwise standard engine, adding extra fuel can actually DECREASE performance as it will reduce the Air:Fuel Ratio below the optimum for an NA engine (12.5 ish)
I do suggest you don't bother :)
If you want more power, then start with the basics Inlet, Exhuast etc, then move on to other things.

On 90% of modified road cars they are a complete waste of time. They are more likely to cause problems rather than give this fabled extra power. The funny thing is if it is correctly setup it will be running the standard fuel pressure.
If it has not been setup then you should check the oil for signs for bore wash as a matter of urgency
