alarm fitted yourself?

If i wont get an insurance discount fitting a toad alarm to my car then wouldnt it be cheaper if i just fitted it myself or is it a confusing job to do?

they are not that bad to fit, i have done 2 on my saxo and had no problems at all.

MR_Toad is awesome, let him do it.

If you fit it yourself then you wont get any discount, not that my insurance wanted to check it had been done professionally.

If you get it wrong though - immobilisers are not a good thing to be playing with
