I have tried replacing droplinks ,wheel bearing, Track rod end. Then I noticed at the top of my spring what looked like a chip in the paint.
I took strut off as i was going to replace the drive shaft any way to find spring was completely snapped near the top. I ended up geting my finger cut as i grabed the spring to see if it was loose and it sprung off its mounts slicing my finger tip but thats another story lol
I wanted to raise the car up from 60 - 35 any way so I wasnt that fussed about geting new springs just glad the problem was solved. I ended up cutting drop links off as ther murder when they start turning
All i can say is the drivability of the car is so much better when lowered 35.
Gear changes are even alot cleaner, cornering seems to be beter and its not as bumpy.
Just another thing to check if you have this problem. I dont no if snaped springs are common or if im just unlucky.
