Spoiler atatchment

sorry if its already been asked but couldnt find it. i have a vts spoiler for my vtr and dont fancy drilling holes into tailgate as last time it fucked up. Is there any mega strong adheasive that i can use to "stick" it onto my tailgate?

tiger seal or polyethurane is an adhesive used for body kits so they could work. is it the small spoiler which touches the window (mk2) or the large one which is usually drilled through the top (mk1)?

yeah its a mk1, its sort of a loop? attatches just above the top window corners. thanks for help.
